TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICING
 

  • Once a price quote is confirmed for the agreed artwork, the price will not change.

  • This does not apply if the client requests additional elements, changes, or features that were not originally agreed upon. In such cases, the price may be adjusted accordingly.
     

PAYMENT OPTIONS
 

  • The commission can be paid either:

    • 100% upfront, or

    • 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval,
      based on mutual agreement.

  • Do not send any payment until you receive an official
    payment request or invoice from me.

  • Work will begin only after the agreed payment
    has been received.

  • Payments are accepted in CZK, USD or EUR via PayPal.
     

COMMISION PROCESS
 

Once I accept your commission, the process is as follows:

  1. We discuss references and details of the artwork, and I provide an estimated delivery time (usually within 2 months from the order).

  2. I send a payment request or invoice for either 50% or 100%
    of the price, as agreed.

  3. After payment is received, I begin working on the artwork
    and do my best to accommodate your wishes within
    the agreed scope.
     

REVISIONS
 

  • The commission includes:

    • 3 revisions during the sketch phase

    • 3 revisions during the rendering (final) phase

  • Any additional revisions beyond these may require
    an extra fee.

  • A fee will also apply if you request changes to a final,
    already approved artwork, unless the change is required
    due to a misunderstanding on my part.
     

DELIVERY
 

  • Final artwork will be delivered via email in PNG
    and PDF formats, high resolution (300 DPI).

  • No physical items are shipped unless explicitly
    agreed in advance.
     

COPYRIGHT & USAGE
 

  • All artworks remain copyright of the artist.

  • The artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, modify for sale, create merchandise, or sell prints of the artwork.

  • All artworks include my signature, which must not be
    removed or altered.

  • I reserve the right to share the commissioned artwork on my website, portfolio, and social media unless otherwise agreed in advance.
     

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
 

  • The buyer may cancel the commission only before the rendering (final illustration) process begins. In that case,
    50% of the total price will be refunded.

  • No refunds are available once the rendering process
    has started.

  • A full refund will be issued only if I am unable to complete
    the commission for any reason.
     

COMMUNICATIONS
 

  • Clear communication is essential. Please provide all necessary references and details before work begins.

  • Major changes to the concept after approval may be treated
    as a new commission or require an additional fee.
     

RIGHT TO REFUSE

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time if the request violates these terms or includes inappropriate, hateful, or illegal content.
